Wristband Pickup

Pick up your wristbands early, free of charge, at the Suburban Collection Showplace outside Box Office Window, available on:

• Monday, May 12 (12 pm – 8 pm)
• Tuesday, May 13 (12 pm – 8 pm)
• Wednesday, May 14 (12 pm – 8 pm)

Come ready with your online ticket order confirmation or Photo ID matching the name on the ticket order to get your wristband early so you can be ready to just walk right on the first day of the Motor City Comic Con!

Note: You can now purchase tickets during these hours, but cannot pick up VIP merchandise during this time. Prices are “box office pricing”.

Get your wristband shipped

We offer shipping of wristbands at checkout for a flat fee of $15. Add Shipping to your order to bypass ticket lines, use any re-entry door, and get a faster start to your day. Wristbands will arrive in the weeks leading up to the show. The deadline to add shipping is Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT.

Shipping is available until Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT. Wristbands are shipped in groups and should arrive no later than May 1st, 2025

Note: additional ticketed events, add-ons and merchandise included within VIP Packages are not eligible for shipping. These items will be available for pickup at front registration at the event.
