Introduction

All online purchases by the user (“you” or “your”) from Motor City Comic’s Inc. d/b/a Motor City Comic Con(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) are subject to these Terms of Sale. By making an online purchase of goods or services from us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with these Terms of Sale, you must not make an online purchase from us.

Third-Party Payment Processor

All online purchases you make from us are conducted and processed through GrowTix via their third-party e-commerce website. At the time of requesting to make an online purchase from us, via our website, you will be redirected to a secure payment portal website owned and controlled by GrowTix, who will process the sales transaction and take your payment. In addition to these Terms of Sale, your purchase transaction will also be subject to the Terms and Conditions (https://purchase.growtix.com/terms_and_conditions) specified by GrowTix on their payment portal website, and said transaction will be further subject to the Privacy Policy (https://purchase.growtix.com/privacy_policy) of GrowTix also posted on their payment portal website. If you do not agree to these additional Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy of GrowTix, you must not make the online purchase.

Sales Terms and Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BELOW. All guest appearances are subject to change or cancellation. The Company is not responsible for any guest cancellations or schedule changes. However, in the event of a guest cancellation, we will only refund you for purchased photo op and autograph tickets associated with the cancelled guest; all other admission and event tickets and purchases will not be refunded.

All “Disclaimers” posted on our website, including, without limitation, those posted at www.motorcitycomiccon/tickets-2021/ are incorporated into these Terms of Sale by reference.

Attendance at Our Events

When you purchase a ticket to attend our event(s), your attendance at any of our events is conditioned upon, and you will be deemed to have agreed to abide by, the event rules and requirements posted on our website from time to time and/or at the event. We reserve the right to, and may, remove you from any event or otherwise deny you entry (1) if you fail to comply with our event rules and requirements, or (2) if we determine in our sole discretion that you pose a threat or danger to person or property, or (3) if we determine in our sole discretion that you are disruptive to the event or its operations, or (4) if you possess any firearm or other weapon at the event venue. No firearms or weapons of any kind may be brought into the event or possessed at the event venue by any attendees.
